Can I do the 10 Day Reset if I'm a shift worker (work at night)?
Yes! There are some things that you might need to modify. It'll be super important that your sleep environment can mimick a nighttime environment (i.e. black-out curtains, a sleep mask, earplugs, absolutely no light if possible, etc.), that you take the sleep supplement an hour before you normally go to sleep, that you still honor the fasting window of 12 to 14 hours, and that you still attempt to turn off electronics and lights, if possible, about 45 minutes before you go to sleep. Beyond that, you can definitely still do the 10 Day Reset as a shift or overnight worker.
