Can I snack on this program? (manual)

Most people find that when they eat the recommended meals laid out in the 10 Day Reset, they don't need additional snacks. However, if you are feeling hungry in between meals, here are some snack options: 

  •  Nut butters
  •  Vegetables and guacamole
  •  Unlimited non-starchy vegetables
  •  Handful of nuts and seeds
  •  Leftovers from lunch or dinner
