I feel constipated on the program. What can I do? (Manual)
Aim to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water every day.
Add two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds to one meal per day.
Add an additional 200mg of magnesium citrate.
Take 1,000 – 2,000 milligrams of buffered vitamin C once or twice a day.
Incorporate movement every day.
If none of these strategies do the trick, it’s time to check in with your doctor.
