Can I still do the 10 Day Reset if I don't want to lose weight/want to gain weight?
Yes! It's always a good idea to focus on balancing your blood sugar and eat foods that serve you. Even if you don't need to lose weight, most people can benefit from eating whole, real foods, balancing their blood sugar, supporting their detox pathways, and supporting sleep.
If you are wanting to gain weight while doing the Reset, we recommend adding in 1/2 cup of starchy veggies per day, like spaghetti squash, yams, sweet potatoes, etc.
